Kris Wilcox, Board Member

I started competing in motorsports in 1998 and have enjoyed activities on two and four wheels since I was a child.  I retired a few years ago and now spend my time working on performance cars and participating more in motorsports because I like it.  When I am not out with the cars, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids doing family things.

Nazar Santillian-Mondaca, Sim Racing Chief

Hello, my name is Nazar Santillan aka Santi. Born and raised in San Diego CA, I currently track that 2007 Orange Honda Fit. Been tracking for years on a 350z and previous Autox guy in Salt Lake City for a couple of years.  (04 Sentra SE-R spec V) Glad to be part of the Sim racing community here and an alternate safety steward.

Chris Barti, Worker Chief

Bio coming soon!

Kayla Wolf,

Hi, I’m Kayla! My favorite things include birds, bees, arachnids, toads, nail polish, and self improvement. I enjoy working on my car (but only when I’m not working on my car) and putting edible glitter into beverages. One day I hope to rallycross in the Las Vegas Region, so write that down and highlight it.

Marc Segal, Course Design/Set Up Chief

I started autocrossing in 1978.  Some of my other driving experiences include racing shifter karts, time trials and other track events.  I currently autocross a Cayman GTS and GR Supra.  My wife and I are retired and we enjoy traveling around the country with our two black cats.

Curt Croshaw, Treasurer

I have been active in motorsports for over 25 years.  In addition to the SCCA I have run with NASA, PCA, Speed Ventures and a few NV local groups.  I also have some experience with straight line cars too.  Getting my hands dirty and keeping fellow competitors on track appeals to me.  If you need a tool or some help come see me.  My stuff is always breaking so I am well prepared.

Paul Durr, Board Member

I joined the club in 1991 after learning about autocross. Later I worked club racing, road rally and rallycross. I became the unofficial club equipment chair in the early 1990’s. Originally I autocrossed cars, but most of you know me as a shifter kart guy.  I was an autocross chair and have been a board member many times.  I hold or have held, several SCCA licenses including Solo and Time Trial Safety Steward, Junior Driver Steward, Time Trial lead, F&C, registrar, and a ProSolo license. I autocross at National Events including the ProSolo Finale and National Championships in Nebraska. I recently added working Race Control at our region’s time trials.  My mission as a board member is to keep the club fiscally responsible and make sure everyone has fun at events and keep folks safe.

Frank Faul III, Board Member/Military Liaison

Hello, I am Frank Faul III and I am the region’s Military Liaison Officer. I am a 2 nd generation autocrosser and I started in the summer of 2014/15 when I was in college with a green stock 1997 Honda Prelude here with the LV region running the night events at the Silverton & on the front stretch of the LVMS. My father, Frank Faul II, ran a red 1986 Honda Prelude Si and was in the club in the early to mid-90s; he was a huge inspiration for me to compete when I got old enough to. I graduated from UNLV and commissioned into the Air Force in May 2018. I bought my 2012 Acura TSX Sportwagon in early Sept & went active duty on 30 Sept 2018. My first weekend stationed in San Antonio, TX I was autocrossing my TSX Sportwagon and it has been my primary vehicle for the past 6 years. In that time, I have competed with the San Antonio SCCA region, Spokes in Austin, TX, the Mississippi Region, and all 5 regions in Montana, to include Rallycross. While stationed in MT I won first in STX in 2021 and 2022, as well as finished 2 nd overall in points in 2021. As part of MT Region 105, I had the opportunity to spearhead the 1 st autocross event on Malmstrom AFB in over a decade for our Airmen & local community, this has since continued to raise money for on base private organizations. In 2022, I was recognized as the Member of the Year for Region 105 for my efforts to spread awareness to our Airmen. In addition, I competed at the National Tour events in Las Vegas in 2022 and 2023 and have a desire to compete at Nationals in the coming years. Lastly, I have experience doing most jobs within a region and am looking forward to growing and working towards being a region president in the future.

Charly Theret, Board Member/Marketing Chief

Hi, I’m Charly, currently helping out with the social media aspect of the club. I’ve been autocrossing and tracking for about 4 years now. I started in my 2013 Scion tC, but quickly upgraded to a 350z co-drive for a year before moving on to my 1996 Miata. Despite having switched cars so often, I know I’ve learned a lot and have been able to grow and develop my racing skills thanks to this awesome community that we have!

Enrique Pulido, Board Member Registration & Membership Chief

Vegas Native. Started autocrossing in 2016 with a Subaru WRX, now I am currently in a 90s Civic in SMF. I have been moving towards track events but my love for autocross will never die. Registration suits me since I’m normally in front of a computer at work, If you need any help come see me!

Star Saflor, Board Member/Novice Chief

Hi I’m Star your current newbie helper & instructor, as well as board member for our LVRSCCA region. I’m originally from the island of Kauai then moved to the 9th island Las Vegas. I started autox back in 2016 and was stuck!! As of recently I am currently working at Ron Fellows performance school as a driving instructor at Spring Mountain raceway.  Don’t be afraid to ask me for questions or if you need any help on track I’m your gurl.

Corey Miller, Assistant Region Executive

After a brief and incredible introduction to Autocross in New Mexico in the late 2000’s, I finally joined the Las Vegas Region in 2014. My Miata and I have grown together since, and I’ve happily ruined it with way too much power and way too little reliability. I like upgrading my Sim Rig and forgetting I can actually use it, and I still want to be a racecar driver when I grow up. 10 year USAF Veteran.

Jeremy Reimer, Club Region Executive

Jeremy is your Club RE, he started his motorsports journey with the LVRSCCA back in 2015 with his first event at the infamous silverton casino parking lot. From there Jeremys motorsports journey has continued participating in HPDE, Time Trials, Pro Solos and Local events. Jeremy’s passion for motorsports stems from the love of working on and modifying his personal cars as well as getting to spend time hanging out and cooking for his friends on and off track.

Dennis Fisher, Chief of Tech

I have been with SCCA for 25 years, 10 of them as Chief of Tech at Cal Cub. It’s been a family to me no matter where I go and now, with Las Vegas as my home, and I am once again a Chief of Tech here (thanks to LVRSCCA for letting me continue). My fast ride today is a 2006 SRT-8 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Join SCCA if you’re a car guy/girl, you won’t regret it!

Dale Shoemaker, Chief of Safety

I attended my first autocross in July 2005 at Sam Boyd Stadium and since then the only reason I’ve missed events since that first event is conflict in schedules. Gene Rolfe trained me as a Safety Steward in 2007 and I also started club racing the same year, passing competition school on my 55th birthday. I’ve been the SoPac Club Racing champion in either the STU or STL class every year since 2013.  According to my daughter, I’m addicted to buying tires.

Brian Newport, Region Executive/Timing Chief

Started Autocrossing in 2014 and currently flopping around in a C Street ND2 Miata until my Porsche dreams come true. I also like to spend my time standing in the corner with my arms crossed at hardcore shows, collecting vinyl, playing the drums and assuring my dog (Monty Burns) that he is the best boy who has ever lived. Because he is.
